Responsibilities
- • For our logistics center in Siebenlehn, you will assume technical responsibility for the provision of IT services.
- • You will maintain and develop our Windows-based server/client landscapes and operate and optimise the network infrastructure in cooperation with other IT units.
- • In doing so, you will support the IT service desk at the 2nd/ 3rd level by ensuring knowledge transfer in problem analysis and problem-solving.
- • You will continue to drive forward automation for the development and implementation of concepts for the sustainable provision of IT services.
- • You are also the contact person for internal interfaces and suppliers.
- Note: The job may include participation in the IT emergency on-call service.
What you should have
- • You have a degree in (business) informatics or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or IT administrator (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience.
- • You have already gained experience as an IT project manager (m/f/d) in interdisciplinary projects in the IT infrastructure environment.
- • As an IT infrastructure expert (m/f/d), you have sound knowledge in the provision of Windows server-based IT services (e.g. DHCP, software packaging and rollout using SCCM), as well as in the operation of Windows 10 as a client operating system in the enterprise environment.
- • You also have application-ready knowledge in the provision and operation of various network end devices (e.g. printers, mobile data capture devices).
- • Ideally, you have initial knowledge of IT process management according to ITIL and are not afraid of automation with PowerShell.
- • You are familiar with the use and administration of Linux (preferably Debian) and mobile device management solutions.
- • You demonstrate a self-organised, customer-oriented and structured way of working.
- • You have an above-average willingness to work and a high level of commitment.
- • Business fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2) for communication with support units complete your profile.
