Glamox in Germany is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, R&D and Quality. You will contribute to requirements management, system architecture and verification in a complex product environment.

• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop practical, reliable and commercially focused solutions.
• Knowledge of change control, configuration management, risk management and structured problem-solving methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Organised, proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on quality, customer needs and continuous improvement.
• Experience in lighting, controls, building management systems, IoT, electrical products or industrial technology is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• German language skills (written and verbal) are required.
