L&T Semiconductor Technologies in München seeks a System Architect – Multiphase Buck Controllers to define next-gen digital and analog multiphase controller architectures for AI, cloud, data center, and HPC applications.
You will translate customer requirements into innovative architectures, working with product management, silicon design, firmware, and strategic customers to deliver high-efficiency, scalable power management solutions with telemetry and reliability.
The System Architect – Multiphase Buck Controllers will define the next generation of digital and analog multiphase controller architectures for high-performance AI, Cloud, Data Center, Networking, and Enterprise Computing applications.
This is a highly technical individual contributor role responsible for translating future customer and market requirements into innovative controller architectures that enable industry-leading efficiency, transient response, scalability, telemetry, and reliability.
The architect will work closely with Product Management, Silicon Design, Firmware, Smart Power Stage architects, System Applications Engineering, and strategic customers to develop industry-leading power management solutions supporting AI accelerators, CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, and next-generation compute platforms.

Drive architecture from concept through silicon implementation.
Product Definition
Develop technical requirements including:
Work with Product Management to convert customer needs into executable product specifications.
Customer Requirement Analysis
Work directly with strategic customers to understand future platform requirements.
Translate customer challenges into differentiated product features.
Develop the 3–5 year technology roadmap covering:
Benchmark industry leaders and identify opportunities for technical differentiation.
Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership across:
Act as the technical authority throughout the product development lifecycle.
Control Algorithm Development
Define advanced control methodologies including:
System Performance Optimization
Define system targets for:
Collaborate with Smart Power Stage architects to optimize overall power conversion efficiency.
Industry Standards
Drive compliance with industry specifications including:
Benchmark competing products from industry leaders.
Customer Technical Support
Support strategic customer engagements by:
Represent LTSCT as the technical expert for multiphase controller solutions.
