• Co-shape the company's vision, strategy, and business model as an equal member of the founding team.
• Define and implement Calvergy's overall technical strategy.
• Build a scalable, maintainable, and future-proof platform architecture.
• Technical decision-making responsibility toward investors, partners, and customers.
• End-to-end ownership of the software architecture (backend, frontend, DevOps, data/ML).
• Architect and scale backend systems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Full Stack Developer — or comparable entrepreneurial experience
• Strong expertise in system and software architecture, ideally with Python and a modern cloud stack
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of scalable platforms, APIs, data architectures, and distributed systems
• Initial experience building and leading teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership mentality, and high intrinsic motivation
• Willingness to take on technical, strategic, and people responsibility
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML, optimization, simulation, or energy systems
