Job summary

Techtronic Industries ELC GmbH in Winnenden (Stuttgart area) is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our HR/Operations analytics team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to model data, integrate sources and deliver BI solutions focused on sustainability performance and regulatory reporting.

You bring a degree in data science or sustainability, strong skills in Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Python and C++, plus knowledge of SAP QuickViewer, Qlik Sense or IBM Envizi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and hands-on analytics experience.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
• Strong communication in German and English.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and model data.
• Integrate diverse data sources into a data fabric with governance.

Your role:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to gather requirements, develop, and support data modelling and BI solutions for organizational stakeholders Integrate different data sources into a cohesive data fabric, ensuring data consistency, accuracy and reliability Conduct business analysis activities to understand business user requirements and translate data and information flows within business processes Analyze sustainability, quality and regulatory data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision-making in sustainability initiatives Perform data profiling, validation and cleaning to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of enterprise data Maintain data quality standards and enforce data governance policies, standards and best practices Maintain clear documentation for data orchestrations, highlighting their value and contribution to improved data modeling and governance

Your profile:

Bachelor's or similar degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience with Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, C++ programming, Python, and SAP QuickViewer Good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken Knowledge of Qlik Sense and IBM Envizi is considered an advantage Relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
