Zusammenfassung

Techtronic Industries (TTI) sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Kreditorenbuchhaltung in Deutschland. Sie bearbeiten Eingangsrechnungen, stimmen Konten ab und unterstützen Monats- sowie Jahresabschlüsse.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und die Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen, inklusive SAP S/4HANA-Einführungen. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse vorteilhaft.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Rechnungswesen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil
• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung der laufenden Kreditorenbuchhaltung Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
• Pflege und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung offener Posten
• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie definierter Buchhaltungsprozesse
• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA
• Mitarbeit in Projekten im Rechnungswesen, z. B. im Bereich E-Invoicing, elektronische Rechnungsverarbeitung und Automatisierung
