Carbomax in Germany is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist (Raw Materials & Sourcing) to support procurement of critical materials and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams across global operations.

You will monitor orders, ensure timely deliveries, maintain records, and contribute to inventory planning with Supply Chain and Production teams. Fluency in English and strong Excel/ERP skills are valued in this fast-paced role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or logistics experience.
• Understanding of raw material procurement (activated carbon, charcoal, agriculture-based materials) a plus.
• Experience in supplier coordination or procurement operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of raw material procurement processes under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager (Raw Materials & Sourcing).
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor raw material order status and ensure timely delivery, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, pricing, and supplier documentation.
• Support inventory tracking and replenishment planning in coordination with Supply Chain and Production teams.
• Assist in supplier communication regarding order updates, quality issues, and documentation requirements.
• Support supplier onboarding processes and ensure accurate system data entry.
• Prepare regular procurement and supply reports (order status, delivery performance, consumption tracking).
• Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow and invoice alignment.
• Assist in identifying supply risks and support issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to supplier performance tracking and basic market data collection.
