• Experience in FMCG, food, nutrition or dietary supplements; co-manufacturing is a plus.
• Transformation or process governance experience (S&OP/IBP, GPO).

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop external planners and the order management team.
• Set priorities, balance workloads, and build team capabilities.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage performance of staff.
• Ensure availability and delivery performance of externals across brands.
• Plan and manage operations with key suppliers.
• Manage SAP order-to-invoice processes including POs, deliveries, goods receipts, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Establish proactive capacity planning with external manufacturers.
• Oversee supplier availability, lead times, and risk management.
• Support supplier selection and onboarding of innovations.
• Serve as operational contact for Strategic Procurement and coordinate topics and escalations.
• Monitor implementation per contract terms; define and monitor KPIs with GPOs and Transformation Team.
• Ensure SAP process quality and master data management in external procurement.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Logistics.

• Take responsibility for supplier availability, lead times, and risk management
• Support supplier selection and coordinate the onboarding and ramp-up of innovations
• Serve as the operational point of contact for Strategic Procurement and coordinate commercial topics and escalations
• Monitor implementation in accordance with contractually agreed terms
• Define and monitor KPIs and standardize processes with GPOs, the Transformation Team, and the Master Data Lead
• Take responsibility for SAP process quality and master data management in the external procurement area
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Logistics

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or external manufacturing
• Strong SAP expertise (MM, Order-to-Invoice); experience with SAP APO/IBP is an advantage
• Proven track record in supplier and capacity management, as well as Order-to-Invoice processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and business-fluent English
• Experience in FMCG, food, nutrition, or dietary supplements
• Experience managing co-manufacturing networks
• Experience in transformation or process governance (S&OP/IBP, GPO operating models)
