Jobtailor is seeking an experienced S&OE leader to drive European system plants performance and coordinate end-to-end optimization of production and supply chain processes. You will oversee alignment across plants and global stakeholders, translating strategic aims into actionable improvements.

The role emphasizes transforming multi-site operations with Lean and Operational Excellence principles, delivering measurable gains in delivery performance and agility across the EMEA region.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in production, supply chain, or operations management in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes as well as capacity and production planning.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-site transformation and optimization projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Management, Operational Excellence, and process standardization.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of production networks and supply chain interdependencies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills when working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Business-fluent German and English skills.
• Additional foreign-language skills relevant to the EMEA region are desirable.
