Working alongside a Principal US Associate Recruiter, you will leverage custom AI workflows to produce flawless candidate materials—including tailored cover letters, finalized resumes, blind profiles, and firm introduction emails— with a strict 24-hour turnaround.
This is not a general virtual assistant role. We need a tech-forward, hyper-detailed individual who can operate as an AI power user and a human safety net: prompting LLMs accurately, catching hallucinations, and ensuring complete formatting perfection before materials hit top‑tier US law firms.
