Aufgaben

• Support in general office and travel organization.

• Work with Microsoft Teams and set up a file system for all needed global information/activities & document sharing.
• Create and maintain a global tracking for customer RFQ´s, open issues, news etc.
• Filing and distribution of customer documents according legal and company requirements.
• Support in innovation sharing and organization of customer events.
