IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote, full-time team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts for students and alumni, while meeting productivity goals.

This remote role offers flexible schedules with multiple shifts and nationwide remote availability in select states. It includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in debt collection or student loan repayment preferred.
• Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls preferred.

Training Schedule: During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm CST.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Experience in debt collection or student loan repayment preferred
• Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls preferred
