What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with payments, billing questions, and account inquiries.
• Communicate with customers across multiple channels — phone, email, SMS, and online chat.
• Onboard new customers by welcoming them and guiding them through their loan terms and account setup.
• Conduct collections calls professionally, with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Perform account maintenance and administrative tasks to keep customer records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing service role preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage high call volumes accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all customer interaction channels.
• Solid time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven financial services environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
