TEKsystems is actively hiring for Hybrid Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area. This role offers a hybrid schedule with most work from home after training and only a minimal onsite requirement.

Job Overview:

• In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Working within an auto dial system
• Handling early stage collections
• Averaging 80 - 100 calls per day
• Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
• Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Schedule

Training:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT)
• First week onsite and remote after

Post-Training:

• Monday – Saturday (5-day workweek)
• Shifts: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT) or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)

Work Environment

• Hybrid model after training
• Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter
• Majority of work performed remotely from home
• Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
