STRATO personal GmbH in Tussenhausen is seeking a Stress Engineer (m/f/d) to perform structural stress and fatigue analyses for aerospace programs and to support aircraft certification. You will coordinate engineering activities, act as interface between design, aerodynamics and manufacturing, and prepare CS-23 documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Work experience in structural analysis in the aerospace industry, especially Stress and F&DT, composite and metallic materials and CS-23 certification specifications.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German.

• Perform structural stress and fatigue analyses for aerospace structures throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering activities and interfaces with internal teams and external partners from concept to certification.
• Act as central interface between Design, Aerodynamics, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and maintain CS-23 certification documentation.

• Perform structural stress and fatigue analyses for advanced metal and composite aircraft structures throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Coordinate engineering activities, milestones, and interfaces with internal teams and external partners from concept phase to aircraft certification
• Act as the central interface between Design, Aerodynamics, and Manufacturing to ensure efficient collaboration and technical alignment
• Prepare and maintain CS-23 certification documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements
• Evaluate and approve production deviations while supporting safe, reliable, and airworthy aircraft operation

• Completed studies in the field of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
