Eight Advisory is seeking an ambitious Manager/Senior Manager to join our Strategy team in Cologne, Frankfurt, or Munich. You will assess strategic plans and lead M&A transactions including carve-outs, integrations, and joint ventures, while guiding transformations and value creation for top national and global clients.

Expect to manage teams, interact with senior client leadership, and contribute to business development and marketing activities as part of continued growth in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from a renowned university/business school.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in (transaction) advisory or comparable environment.
• Fluent in English; advanced German; French a bonus.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

work in a highly exclusive environment, assess strategic plans, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other challenging business transformations such as reorganizations and value creations for national and global corporate and private equity clients. manage employees and lead projects / workstreams to develop Strategy on a European level collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects. be in direct contact with our clients’ top management, assume responsibilities in business development and marketing activities and take on an active role in driving our outstanding growth story.

• Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics
