EIGHT ADVISORY SAS in Frankfurt am Main (with Munich option) seeks a Senior Analyst or Manager for Strategic Valuation & Modeling. You will work with experts in valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, focusing on complex valuation models and strategic choices.

You will perform valuations of companies and assets, contribute to fairness opinions, identify key business drivers, and lead deliverables while guiding junior team members in a cross-border environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics.
• Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge; translate into a well-structured report.
• 2–4 years relevant experience in valuations, corporate finance investment banking or corporate development/strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to be exposed to challenging projects.
• Drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Fluent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in developing and managing more junior professionals is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player.
• Fluency in German or English.
• Eagerness to work on cross border assignments.

In this role, you will work with experts in the field of valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, but will mainly focus on:

• Performing and reviewing complex valuation models;
• You value companies, intangible and tangible assets as well as strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters.
• You provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure
• Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce;
• Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders;
• Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics
• Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report
• Between two to four year’s relevant professional experience in valuations, corporate finance investment banking or corporate development/strategy
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
• A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner
• Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
