Eight Advisory in Germany seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to join its Strategy team in Cologne, Frankfurt or Munich. You will assess strategic plans and lead M&A activities such as carve-outs, integrations and Joint Ventures for national and global clients.

As a leader, you will manage teams and drive European strategy projects, collaborating with experts across transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax and transaction services.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in (transaction) advisory or in a comparable environment.
• Expertise in one or several of the solutions Strategy, Carve out, Integration, Value Creation, Performance Improvement, ODD or CDD.
• Fluent in English, advanced German; French will be a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Assess strategic plans, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve-outs, integrations and Joint Ventures for national and global clients.
• Manage employees and lead projects/workstreams to develop Strategy on a European level.

• Be in direct contact with clients’ top management and take an active role in business development and marketing activities.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

• work in a highly exclusive environment, assess strategic plans, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other challenging business transformations such as reorganizations and value creations for national and global corporate and private equity clients.

• manage employees and lead projects / workstreams to develop Strategy on a European level

• collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.

• be in direct contact with our clients’ top management, assume responsibilities in business development and marketing activities and take on an active role in driving our outstanding growth story.
