Job summary

RECARO is seeking a Strategic Project Manager (m/f/d) to support the CEO in Schwaebisch Hall. You will independently drive strategic and international projects, gather and analyze information for decision making, and closely collaborate with the management team and Strategy Core Team.

You will act as a sparring partner on business strategies, prepare presentations for internal and external events, and coordinate meetings with RECARO Holding and the Advisory Board, requiring strong German/English

Qualifications

• Completed technically oriented studies, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience and preferably project management certification (IPMA, PMI)
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• High intercultural competence
• Accompaniment of the CEO during business trips
• Very good analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, high persuasiveness, independent working as well as excellent time and self-management skills
• Confident appearance as well as professional and value-oriented representation of RECARO
• Flexibility, availability and absolute confidentiality
