STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / MUNICH

Responsibilities:

• Team Management of 13 people
• Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
• Build a strong customer experience
• Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
• Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
• Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• Fluent spoken English & German
• At least 7-8 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
• Business driven and detailed oriented
• Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
