You should have 3+ years in premium luxury fashion as an Assistant or Store Manager, and be fluent in English and German. This hands-on leadership role offers the chance to shape a high-end client journey.

Elite Associates is proud to be partnering with a world-renowned French fashion house on the search for a Store Manager to join them in Düsseldorf:

Main Responsibilities

• Drive and optimise store performance through targeted commercial initiatives
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong product knowledge, a genuine passion for fashion and a personalised approach
• Develop and maintain a strong and loyal client portfolio
• Analyse and monitor KPIs, using insights to define effective sales strategies and business objectives
• Develop and implement action plans to drive sales and maximise overall team performance
• Ensure an attractive and inspiring visual merchandising environment while maintaining brand standards and attention to detail
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
• Build strong product knowledge and deliver high standards of customer service across the team
• Motivate and inspire the team through engaging daily meetings and regular communication
• Lead by example through hands-on coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback
• Oversee stock management and product flow
• Ensure efficient stockroom organisation and inventory procedures
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies and procedures

About You

If you have 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager within the premium or luxury fashion industry, are fluent in both English and German (with the right to work in Germany), and are a hands-on, positive and inspiring leader, we would love to hear from you!
