Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Neumünster Outlet Store seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work with regional management to implement strategies, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while training staff and ensuring cash handling and loss prevention compliance. This role offers growth within a premium brand and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Store Manager experience in a premium (luxury) retail environment.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop team members.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in German and English is required.
• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Karl Lagerfeld brand.

The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at the Karl Lagerfeld Neumünster Outlet Store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the regional management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, manage inventory levels, and uphold the Karl Lagerfeld brand standards.
