• Build and maintain an active and engaged startup community
• Actively connect with students from partner universities to foster exchange between academia and the startup community
• Organize and deliver community events and networking formats
• Develop strategies to promote collaboration among startups
• Identify synergies and opportunities for cooperation within the community
• Manage community online platforms and social media channels

Your profile

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Experience in community management or a comparable role
• Good understanding of the needs and challenges of startups
• Creative, well-organized, and enthusiastic about working with people
• Independent, reliable, and able to stay on top of things even in stressful situations
• Excellent German and English skills
