Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced backend architect to define and drive the architecture of our customer-facing backend systems. You will own engineering patterns, contribute to architectural direction, and ensure secure, scalable delivery across distributed teams worldwide.

You will design services with Node.js, Elixir/Phoenix familiarity, and modern tooling. Strong communication in English and ability to collaborate across cultures are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years building and operating backend services for customer-facing products.
• Experience designing backend service architectures, not only extending existing ones.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones in a small, distributed team, using GitHub, Slack, and written proposals

• Elixir/Phoenix or other languages and frameworks designed for functional programming or concurrency
