Jobtailor in Berlin seeks a senior software engineer to design a distributed execution engine for customer workflows. You will build and operate backend services in Python on AWS, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and Aurora, and work on AI initiatives such as MCP servers and agentic copilots.

You will own systems end-to-end from architecture through deployment, make key architectural decisions, and mentor the team. Hybrid work from Berlin, London, or Iasi is supported.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects in a senior capacity for 2+ years.
• Deep expertise in React.
• Experience working with Design Systems to ensure consistent UX.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders on a shared vision.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Berlin HQ, London office, or Iasi hub.
• Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Strong system design skills are ideal but not required.
• AWS Serverless experience at scale is ideal but not required.
