• Being based in Berlin or Cologne (or nearby) would be ideal – remote within the EU may also be an option.

What else might be part of your role

• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
• Maintain product analytics and performance dashboards.
• Define, run and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve features.

What Do You Need

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (either leading ICs or managing teams).
• Familiarity with grassroots football.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products, ideally mobile apps.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate others, especially during high‑pressure phases.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay hands‑on and dive into the details when needed.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (German being a plus).

• Experience with social networks and growth strategies.
