Job summary

Nexperia sucht einen (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager, der die strategische Ausrichtung für das Produktsegment definiert, die Roadmap gestaltet und sich auf Marktchancen konzentriert.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Anwendungen, F&E, Strategie, Marketing, GSM und Kundenteams zusammen, um Portfoliostrategie zu steuern, Wertangebote zu entwickeln, Go-to-Market-Pläne zu erstellen, Preisstrategien zu verantworten und Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss in Elektro- und Elektronikingenieurwesen oder verwandtem Fach.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Product Marketing oder Business Development in der Halbleiterindustrie.
• Nachweisliche Erfolge bei Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien sowie Verständnis von Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen.
• Direkte Erfahrung mit Leistungshalbleitern und Anwendungen (z. B. KI-Rechenzentren); bevorzugt Erfahrung in Produktlinien.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten zu managen.
• Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

About the role

At Nexperia, we are expanding our Business Group Marketing team with the addition of a (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager. In this high‑impact role, you will define the strategic direction for your product segment, shape the roadmap, and influence how our technologies enter and win in the market.

As a (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager, you will become the expert for your product segment, understanding the market, competition, and opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely across Application, R&D, Strategy, Marketing, GSM, and customer teams to drive portfolio strategy and prepare the business for future growth.

• Define and develop the product segment strategy and create roadmaps
• Develop value propositions and go‑to‑market plans

What you will need

• University degree in electrical and electronic engineering or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or Business Development in the Semiconductor industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies, with strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Direct work experience with power semiconductors and application (e.g. AI datacentres) and previous experience in product line is highly beneficial
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent written and spoken English, any additional language is a plus
