Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Health & Safety, primarily within logistics or industrial environments, and must possess strong communication and analytical skills. Qualifications

Job description

As Specialist Health & Safety, you will play a key role in strengthening and coordinating AUTODOC’s occupational health and safety standards across multiple international locations.
You will act as the central interface between AUTODOC and external H&S service providers, ensuring that all sites operate in full compliance with local legal requirements and corporate standards.
Beyond operational support, this role has a strong coordination and governance component: identifying compliance gaps, aligning standards across countries, and driving continuous improvement of our H&S framework.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Health & Safety System & Governance

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Health & Safety management system across multiple AUTODOC locations.
• Coordinate and harmonize H&S standards internationally, ensuring alignment between corporate requirements and local legal frameworks.
• Monitor, analyze, and report H&S performance indicators and compliance status.
• Maintain and further develop H&S documentation, processes, and reporting structures.

International Compliance & Service Provider Coordination

• Act as the primary coordination point between AUTODOC and external H&S service providers in different countries.
• Review and assess local compliance status, identify gaps, and initiate corrective measures where required.
• Ensure that local legal requirements are properly implemented and documented.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions in cooperation with local stakeholders.

Operational & Strategic Support

• Participate in incident and accident investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments.
• Support the implementation of training programs and awareness initiatives for employees and management.
• Contribute to strategic H&S initiatives at global level.
• Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders regarding occupational safety, health management, and environmental protection topics.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify compliance gaps and implement structured solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate confidently in an international environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
