Exyte is seeking a Regional EHS Specialist to support multiple Exyte sites in Dresden and occasionally Warstein, Germany. You will build understanding of FAS operations, safety risks, and drive EHS program adoption across sites.

In a development phase, you will progressively take on Occupational Safety Specialist responsibilities, expanding to a fully competent EHS professional role within our facility services teams.

Formación

• Technical or scientific qualification in EHS, engineering, chemistry, environmental sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in occupational health and safety or environmental protection in industrial settings.
• Experience with operational EHS implementation, inspections, action tracking and training.
• Hands-on mindset, initiative and integrity with strong safety awareness.
• Fluent German and good English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support Exyte sites and projects across Dresden and Warstein with regular on-site presence.
• Implement and embed Exyte EHS programmes, campaigns and best practices.
• Assist site and project management in applying EHS requirements in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct safety walks, EHS inspections and site reviews; document actions to completion.
• Lead risk assessments, hazard assessments, pre-task planning and safe work procedures.
• Coach managers and employees on safe behaviours and stop-work responsibility.

The Regional EHS Specialist supports several sites across Dresden Germany and occasionally Warstein Germany. Initially, the focus will be on building a strong understanding of FAS-specific operations, including process systems, maintenance tasks, media and associated safety risks within semiconductor facility services. In a subsequent development phase, Occupational Safety Specialist responsibilities and qualifications will be gradually incorporated to expand the role toward a fully competent EHS professional.

• Support several Exentec sites and projects across Dresden and occasionally Warstein in Germany, maintaining regular operational presence on site.
• Implement and embed Exyte EHS programmes, standards, campaigns and best practices, including Incident Free Workplace, Stop the Job and Safety Behavior Observations.
• Support site and project management in the practical implementation of EHS requirements in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct safety walks, EHS inspections and internal site reviews, and document and track agreed actions through completion.
• Leadrisk assessments, task-specific hazard assessments, pre-task planning and safe work procedures.
• Coach managers and employees on safe behaviors, stop-work responsibility and compliance with Exyte requirements.

Show your expertise

• Completed technical or scientific qualification, master craftsperson/technician qualification, or degree related to EHS, engineering, chemistry, environmental sciences or a comparable field
• 3 years of practical experience in occupational health and safety or environmental protection within an industrial, technical, facility-management or project environment.
• Experience with operational EHS implementation, inspections, action tracking and training.
• Hands-on mindset and initiative

• Integrity and strong safety awareness
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English.
• Valid Class B driving licence
