Job summary

Marketech International Corporation Germany seeks an EHS Specialist to join our team in Dresden. You will manage health and safety on engineering and construction sites, perform daily inspections, and coordinate safety activities.

You will deliver training, conduct audits, prepare safety documentation, and support the OHS management system while ensuring compliance with German regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of German occupational safety legislation and safety management principles.
• Experience in site safety management, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site safety management and safety inspections.
• CEFR B2 level in German and English.

What you\'ll do

What you bring

• Basic knowledge of German occupational safety legislation and safety management principles; experience in site safety management, hazard identification, and risk assessment


• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in site safety management and safety inspections


• German and English at CEFR B2 or above (or equivalent certificate)


• Strong communication skills for working with contractors and site teams


• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to have

• Experience on German construction sites or in multinational engineering projects
