Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Senior Specialist EHS (m/f/d) to support the implementation of safe work processes and maintain high safety standards through regular site inspections, risk assessments, and stakeholder advisory across major projects in Stuttgart. You will help reduce safety risks and assist the site manager in coordinating emergency measures.

You will monitor for unsafe conditions, adjust risk assessments as needed, and collaborate with construction managers and workers to ensure a safe work

Qualifications

• Master/Technician/Engineer or formal EHS qualification (SiFA, Nebosh).
• Several years of professional EHS experience in major industrial, construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to work in teams of different cultural backgrounds, levels, and skill sets.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay on site for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of safe working processes.
• Regularly inspect and assess construction sites.
• Advise and support construction managers, superintendents, and workers on site.
• Implement measures from inspections, audits, and EHS meetings to mitigate safety risk.
• Oversee and adjust risk assessments as necessary.
• Monitor for unsafe conditions and dangerous behavior.
• Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating evacuation measures during emergencies.

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed education / studies as Master / Technician / Engineer or other formal EHS qualification (SiFA, Nebosh)
• Several years of professional experience in the fieldof EHSin major industrial, construction or manufacturing industries
• Demonstrated ability to work in Teams of different cultural backgrounds, hierarchical levels, and skill sets
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site over longer time-period
