Ruby Group in Munich is seeking a Specialist Commercial Systems to own PMS topics and connect teams, technology and ideas across Ruby.

You will coordinate PMS developments, support hotel pre-openings, manage commercial systems on the roadmap, and drive automation and smarter processes. Fluent English and hospitality background are required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on hospitality experience and knowledge of Property Management Systems.
• Experience managing cross-departmental projects in hospitality tech.
• Understanding of hotel operations, distribution and system integrations.
• Tech-minded, solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Organisational talent with strong stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• hands-on hospitality experience and know your way around Property Management Systems, ideally Oracle Opera Cloud
• managed cross-departmental projects, ideally where hospitality meets technology
• a clear understanding of hotel operations, distribution and system integrations and are curious about how things work
• tech-minded and solution-oriented, always looking beyond the quick fix
• an organisational talent who stays on top of things, even when several priorities come your way
• confident communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially when things get busy, and know how to bring people together
• fluent in English; German is a plus
