Zusammenfassung

Ruby Hotels GmbH is seeking a distribution professional to optimize revenue across connected channels and maintain booking interfaces in Munich. The role involves improving content across multiple platforms and managing online reputation in line with brand standards.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system operations, leveraging knowledge of Concerto HCM, OTA extranets, and GDS. English and German proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the hotel or travel industry and have preferably already gained experience in a similar distribution role.
• Already had touchpoints with maintaining distribution channels such as websites, OTAs and GDS, and know how hotel distribution systems work.
• A good understanding of content management across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets and GDS.
• A strong communicator who enjoys bringing different teams together.
• A structured way of working, a great eye for detail and enjoy improving the way things work.
• Good written and spoken English and German skills.

Aufgaben

• Optimize and maintain distribution systems to maximize revenue potential across connected channels.
• Keep our booking system interfaces running smoothly by monitoring performance and coordinating with system providers.
• Maximize content scores and visibility by maintaining content management platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo with Marketing.
• Drive our online reputation by using Medallia and the MARA AI response tool.
• Respond to international online guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• optimize and maintain distribution systems to fully realize revenue potential across all connected channels
• keep our booking system interfaces running smoothly by monitoring performance and working closely with our system providers
• maximize content scores and enhance Ruby Hotels’ visibility by maintaining and optimizing content management platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in cooperation with marketing
• drive our online reputation by taking ownership of IHG’s reputation management platform Medallia and the AI response tool MARA
• respond to international online guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs
• work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep our systems running smoothly
