Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management assistance: Supporting the construction manager and site supervisors in all administrative tasks and processes.
• Documentation and administration: Careful documentation and administration of construction progress reports and minutes.
• Meeting participation: Participation in relevant meetings and support with minute-taking.
• Central point of contact: Main contact person for subcontractors and coordination between the various construction teams.
• General project assistance: Performing assistance tasks such as responding to employee inquiries, processing mail, organizing team events, and providing general team support.

Show your expertise

• Experience and education: Successfully completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the secretarial or assistant field
• Knowledge of construction: Experience or knowledge of construction is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Strong coordination skills: Ability to efficiently manage and organize collaboration between different construction teams and subcontractors
