AIT Worldwide Logistics sucht am Standort Deutschland eine/n Specialist Air Freight zur eigenständigen Abwicklung von Aufträgen, Versandregistrierung und Zollabwicklung. Sie unterstützen Kunden und Agenten, bereiten Angebote vor und überwachen Fristen, um eine termingerechte Ausführung sicherzustellen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen, verfügen über 2 Jahre Luftfracht-Erfahrung, beherrschen Zollvorschriften und MS Office, idealerweise CargoWise; eine selbständige Arbeitsweise rundet das

Qualifikationen

• Ideally 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Luftfrachtabfertigung in einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der Zollverfahren und Luftverkehrsvorschriften.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Versandregistrierung.
• Organisation von Fracht- und Zollabwicklung inkl. Importkontrollen.
• Angebote vorbereiten und überwachen, Abrechnung sicherstellen.
• Bearbeitung von Sonderaufträgen und Reklamationen.
• Kunden- und Agentenberatung unterstützen.
• Liefer- und Zolldokumente erstellen, Fristen überwachen.

Übersicht

As Specialist Air Freight you will handle order processing and shipment registration, while organizing freight and customs handling activities, including import control. You will prepare and monitor offers, ensure accurate customer billing, and manage special orders as well as complaints. You will support and advise customers and agents, prepare delivery bills and customs documentation, and monitor deadlines to secure timely execution. In addition, you will maintain performance statistics, document and optimize workflows, support supervisors in various projects, and manage documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.

• Order processing and shipment registration
• Organization of freight and customs handling, as well as import control
• Preparation and monitoring of offersEnsuring and processing billing to customers
• Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
• Supporting and advising the customers and agents
• Preparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc.
• Monitoring appointments
• Maintenance of statistics for performance measurement and as a basis for accounting
• Documentation and optimization of workflows
• Support of supervisors in projects

• Performing general administrative tasks

Qualifikationen

• Ideally 2 years of experience in air freight forwarding in an international environment
• In‑depth knowledge of customs procedures and air transport regulations
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage priorities in a dynamic setting
• Comfortable using freight forwarding software and the MS Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of CargoWise software would be an advantage
