Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium mit, verfügen über Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und bringen Erfahrung in internationaler Spedition mit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-Abschluss oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Speditionsbereich.
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Spedition oder Betriebswirtschaft.
• Erfahrung in internationaler Spedition; Erfahrung in kommerzieller Assistenz von Vorteil.
• Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse Pflicht.
• Weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil.

• Leitung, Organisation und Koordination der Exportabteilung.

Übersicht

As Manager Air Export you will ensure the smooth and timely processing of all export shipments, maintaining full oversight of operational flow and proactively resolving any exceptions as they arise. You will also be responsible for optimizing and safeguarding the documentation of all procedures and processes, making sure that standards are consistently applied and continuously improved. In addition, you will maintain and further develop relationships with existing customers, while also taking an active role in acquiring new customers and expanding the commercial footprint of the department.

• Bookings of air cargo shipments with the airlines
• Supporting and advising customers
• Preparation of calculations and analyses as well as presentations
• Carrying out customs clearance
• Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
• Organization of different transports
• Conducting negotiation and sales meetings

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or a completed commercial training in freight forwarding
• Completed education in freight forwarding or in business administration
• Experience in international freight forwardingExperience in commercial assistance of advantage
• Fluent oral and written German and English is a must
• Additional (major) European languages would be an asset
• Accurate, efficient, and independent way of working
• Organizational talent as well as analytical skills
