You will maintain performance statistics, optimize workflows, and assist supervisors on projects. Proficiency in CargoWise and MS Office is preferred, with several years in air freight advantageous.

Overview

As Specialist Air Freight you will handle order processing and shipment registration, while organizing freight and customs handling activities, including import control. You will prepare and monitor offers, ensure accurate customer billing, and manage special orders as well as complaints. You will support and advise customers and agents, prepare delivery bills and customs documentation, and monitor deadlines to secure timely execution. In addition, you will maintain performance statistics, document and optimize workflows, support supervisors in various projects, and manage documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.

• Knowledge of CargoWise software would be an advantage
