Zusammenfassung

Furo (formerly Lumera) is building from zero and seeks a hands-on operator who will work across product, operations, and growth with the founders. You will own projects end-to-end, move fast without a playbook, and help shape the company culture while recruiting and scaling internal systems.

Expect travel to customer sites, direct access to customers and investors, and a fast-paced environment where ownership is prized and decisions are made quickly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth startup).
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make decisions independently.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Curiosity for the energy transition and climate tech space
• Fluent in German (at least C1)
