Zusammenfassung

Furo (formerly Lumera) is seeking a customer-focused team member to grow and support our customer base. You will build and manage relationships with new customers, develop deep product, market and customer understanding, and optimize the customer lifecycle from onboarding to maximum satisfaction.

If you are a native German speaker and fluent in English, you bring strong communication skills and a passion for energy markets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in executing, building and improving processes and projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Ideally some understanding of software engineering best practices.
• First experience or interest in energy markets.

Qualifications

• First experience or interest in energy markets
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders with various backgrounds
• You are native in German and fluent in English

Don't worry if you don't have all of the above. We believe much more in the right mindset than the right experience. We happily teach you a lot and thus prefer fast-learners over high experience.
