Job summary

aja Resorts Ruhpolding is seeking a dedicated sous chef (m/f/d) in Bavaria. You will lead the kitchen team, coordinate shifts, monitor stock, and handle procurement while maintaining HACCP, hygiene and safety standards.

Fluency in German and English is required; a qualified chef with experience in higher responsibility roles is preferred. We offer a permanent contract, Christmas bonus and various benefits including health insurance, pension, and staff discounts.
