ChurchDesk Ltd. in Berlin seeks a Sourcing Specialist to own the top of our hiring funnel, finding and inspiring candidates for Berlin, Copenhagen, Oslo and Groningen.

You’ll partner with the Senior Recruiter on outreach, screen early conversations, and build talent pools for recurring roles across Germany, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands.

You’ll work from our Berlin office with a flexible home‑office day, contributing to data accuracy in our ATS and weekly outreach metrics.

You’ll work side by side with our Senior Recruiter and own the top of our hiring funnel: finding, approaching and inspiring the people who will shape ChurchDesk’s next chapter. The position is based in our Berlin office and can be filled full‑time or part‑time.

About your new role

• Active sourcing: find passive candidates on LinkedIn and in church and non‑profit networks, mainly for roles in Berlin, Copenhagen, Oslo and Groningen.

• Outreach: write personal, warm messages that make people want to talk to us, and follow up.

• First conversations: run short screening calls and hand over qualified candidates to our Senior Recruiter.

• Talent pools: build pipelines for roles we hire again and again, like church consultants, sales executives, customer success and support roles.

• International oriented: Source for our teams across Germany, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands.

• Data & reporting: keep our ATS up to date and share weekly numbers on outreach, pipeline and response rates.

• You speak German at native or near‑native level and English fluently.

• You have 1–3 years of experience in active sourcing or recruiting, in‑house or at an agency.

• You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search as well as ATS systems like Recruitee.

• You write messages people actually reply to.

• You work independently, stay organised and enjoy hitting your numbers.

• You work from our Berlin office with a flexible home‑office day.

And it’s a bonus if you:

• Have recruited for SaaS, sales or customer success roles.
• Know your way around churches or non‑profit organisations.
• Additionally speak Danish, Norwegian or Dutch.
