Задачи:

• Research and map candidates for senior and strategic leadership roles using LinkedIn, the internal database, and other sources
• Shadow the Executive Recruiter on live searches and learn how to identify strong leadership candidates
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date
• Share clear, structured search progress updates during weekly check-ins with hiring teams
• Help test new sourcing channels and ideas alongside the Executive Recruiting team

• Show genuine curiosity about people and what makes someone the right fit for a role through previous jobs, research projects, coursework, volunteer work, or self-directed learning
• Demonstrate persistence and attention to detail, with a track record of keeping structured, accurate records
• Manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a professional or academic setting
• Be open to feedback and comfortable learning new tools and ways of working quickly
