Aufgaben

• Разрабатывать и развивать ключевые банковские сервисы ledger и транзакций.

• Повышать наблюдаемость, покрытие тестами, рефакторинг и внедрять новые архитектурные подходы.
• Участвовать в архитектурных решениях и строить ledger и history систем с нуля.
• Сотрудничать с командами Risk, Treasury, Finance, Infrastructure для надёжности глобальных операций.
• Владеть сервисами от дизайна до продакшена, мониторингом и качеством доставки.

Задачи

• Build and evolve core banking services powering ledger operations and transactions, transforming regional systems into a unified, scalable global platform;
• Solve complex distributed-systems challenges and ensure resilient services under high transaction volumes;
• Improve observability, add test coverage, refactor code, and introduce new architectural patterns without disrupting live banking operations;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and build ledger and transaction-history systems from the ground up;
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Infrastructure teams to support compliant and reliable global operations;
• Own services from design through production, monitor their performance, and continuously improve software delivery quality at scale.

Требования

• Solid backend experience building reliable, high-volume services;
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, data modeling, and service interactions;
• Proficiency in Golang and ability to learn and work with other languages such as Kotlin or Elixir;
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code and follow CI/CD best practices;
• Experience building, deploying, and running services in cloud environments such as AWS with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Willingness to learn about relational databases that perform well under load and maintain data consistency;
• Clear communication, effective feedback exchange, cross-regional collaboration, and thoughtful technical decision-making;
• Interest in building reliable financial services and banking products;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Elixir, deeper PostgreSQL experience including performance tuning, complex queries, or schema design, experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka, experience with observability stacks such as Grafana or Honeycomb.
