Job summary

AMPECO is a leading EV charging platform provider seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead to guide complex technical projects from discovery to go-live.

You will own architecture, migration strategy, and project planning while coordinating with clients and internal teams; travel to meet prospects and customers in Germany is expected. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or delivery role.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate status.
• Comfortable running workshops and enablement sessions for varied audiences.
• Fluent English plus German and/or French.
• Willingness to travel to meet prospects and customers.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations; understanding of cloud infrastructure; programming knowledge; ability to use AI to script solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define overall solution architecture and migration strategy for engagements.
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment to support bidding and contracting.
• Lead onboarding and migration for new AMPECO customers and hand over to BAU.
• Lead delivery on new integrations or complex initiatives with customers.

We are looking to expand it with like-minded, capable people, eager to give, learn and grow with us.About the Role As a Solutions Architecture Lead at AMPECO you will be a senior individual contributor who guides customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects, from the first conversation to a successful project go-live. You will work on specific engagements and can join as early as the pre-sales stage. With a new prospect, you will help define the overall solution architecture and migration strategy.You will also own the planning, estimation, and risk assessment that support bidding and contracting. Once a prospect becomes an AMPECO customer, you will lead their onboarding and migration. When the project is complete, you will hand them over smoothly to a business-as-usual setup.As existing customers take on new integrations or complex initiatives, you might again lead the planning and delivery.
