Jobbeschreibung

As a Solution Engineer your main functions/tasks will be:

• You are together with the Sales Manager and other team members to make an important contribution to the sales success in the pre-contract phase of a project.
• Develop technical proposals (quotations, presentations, etc.) and economic proposals (budgets, prices…) to assigned opportunities.
• You are a member of the solution team, and your main tasks are to identify customer needs and to translate these into a winning technical solution / concept, which consists of the right balance between advanced technology and a competitive price.
• You are the central key person on technical and concept specification in relation to the project by cooperating with the team in HQ.
• You will work with partners, when necessary, in order to provide a complete solution.
• You will play an important role in the hand-over of the project to the execution team.

Job Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor or Master in relevant study (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro‑mechanical Engineering, Logistical engineering or similar discipline).
• Preferably you have more than 2 years relevant working experiences.
• You are a good listener and communicator, creative and driven to win.
• You have a high degree of initiative and you are a team play who is enjoying working in an international team.
• You are fluent in English（Mandarin will be a plus).
