Airbus Operations GmbH is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect for Technical Data Management (TDM) to design, implement, and govern scalable TDM solutions within the Airbus Commercial environment.

The role focuses on leading architecture for Agile Release Train OneTDM, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and cross-system integration across PLM and data management platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience as an IT Architect with a focus on Technical Data Management solutions in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of PLM and Technical Data Management (TDM) systems (Dassault Systèmes VPM V4 and Catia V5).
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, data integration patterns, enterprise integration technologies (ESB, APIs), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SAFe/AGILE and Waterfall frameworks.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

In order to support Technical Data Management, Airbus is looking for a Solution Architect - Technical Data Management (d/f/m).

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for Technical Data Management (TDM) to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure TDM solutions within Airbus Commercial. In this role, you will balance technological opportunities with business requirements, serving as System Architect for Agile Release Train OneTDM while ensuring consistency across IT products and alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience (15+ years) as an IT Architect, with a strong focus on Technical Data Management solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and TechnicalData Management (TDM) systems (Dassault Systèmes VPM V4 and Catia V5).
• Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, data integration patterns, enterprise integration technologies (ESB, APIs), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working within SAFe/AGILE and Waterfall frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
