Jobtailor is seeking a consulting professional to work with DACH customers, translating business needs into actionable specifications and guiding implementations on the Oper platform.

You will run workshops, capture requirements, and map them to product capabilities, while coordinating with banking, CRM, and online banking integrations. The role emphasizes AI-native documentation and rapid adoption across a growing SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 3 years of consulting experience (Big-4 or equivalent).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Structure messy customer conversations into clean documents, frameworks, and next steps.
• Enjoy customer interaction and workshops.
• Technical affinity, including reading API documentation and integration patterns.
• AI-native approach with concrete experience using AI tools and workflows.
• Action-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the European mortgage market or financial services is a bonus.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configuration is a bonus.
• Vienna-based candidates: remote work with travel to Antwerp and DACH customers as needed.
• Ability to work in CET hours.

Aufgaben

• Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at DACH customers.
• Capture functional and business requirements in structured documentation.
• Map requirements to Oper’s product and distinguish out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, and engineering needs.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review API documentation from core banking systems, CRMs, and online banking platforms.
• Identify and define integration points with Oper engineering.
• Document data flows, contracts, and edge cases.
• Recommend what to integrate immediately versus later.
• Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys in the Oper platform.
• Validate configurations against scope and acceptance testing.
• Lead training sessions for end users and customer champions.
• Support customers through go-live and early adoption, then hand over to Customer Success.
• Use AI tools to scaffold documentation, draft specifications, summarize workshops, accelerate analysis, and automate processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve AI-native delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Technical affinity, including reading API documentation, understanding integration patterns, and configuring software
• AI-native working approach, with concrete experience using AI tools and workflows
• Action-oriented and able to get things done in ambiguous situationsComfortable in a fast-growing, evolving SaaS environment
• Familiarity with the European mortgage market or financial services more broadly is a bonus
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configuration is a bonus
• Experience working with banks or lenders as clients is a bonus
• Vienna-based candidates: ability to work remotely with regular travel to Antwerp and DACH customers as needed
• Ability to work in CET hours
