In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Leading the technical / architecture design, development and technical support of low code / no code solutions to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 within PowerCo
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement business automation solutions
• Evaluating software products and introducing them in accordance with PowerCo's technical and security standards
• Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of business automation solutions as well as staying updated with the latest advancements in business automation technologies and integrate them into PowerCo's solutions
• Developing and maintaining solutions business automation and documentation and conducting code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Collaborating and engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Domain experts to gain operational insights
• Participating in technical communities to stay informed of best practices and changes within the broader discipline and share them with the organization
• Providing architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 and educate users and stakeholders on self-service solution

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in business automation, Microsoft Power Platform, or related technologies
• Proficiency in English is compulsory; proficiency in German is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical leadership and development of business automation solutions
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 0365 and Microsoft Power Platform and other low code / no code business automation solutions such as ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of technical and security standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
