Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop information systems by analyzing operations and deploying software solutions. You will support and grow the software team and define requirements with leadership.

You will own technical implementations end-to-end, build reusable components, and apply secure coding practices while integrating AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented language (PHP preferred).
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• Experience working in a Linux-based development environment.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3.
• Relational databases and SQL/MySQL experience.
• Observability basics: logs, metrics, tracing.
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and maintainable design.
• Experience with AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, or documentation.
• Experience with Docker or containerized environments (nice to have).
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms (nice to have).
• Experience using AI to improve engineering workflows (nice to have).

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers during sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement
• Maintain and improve technical documentation
• Stay current on engineering and AI-assisted development practices and share effective techniques with the team

Requirements
