D11Z. Ventures is seeking a hands-on software engineer to own and scale our internal technology platform from data infrastructure to AI agents, helping transform venture capital through data.

Based in Munich, you’ll work full-time in a hybrid setup within our engineering task force and shape how we source and back Europe’s best founders. You’ll join a team building a proprietary system for sourcing and evaluating startups, with a focus on data infrastructure, AI-powered pipelines, and automation

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced technical environment (startup/scaleup/VC).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Fluent in both German and English.

We're looking for a hands on software engineer to own and scale our internal technology platform from data infrastructure to AI agents as we transform venture capital through data. We've already built the foundation: A proprietary system we use to source and evaluate startups. Now we need someone to take it to the next level.

You’ll be based at our office in Munich, working full-time in a hybrid setup as part of our engineering task force. You’ll own the agentic systems that shape how we find and back Europe's best founders.
